Refund Policy

1. General Policy

As a consulting service provider, I offer personalized and non-returnable services. For this reason, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been delivered or work has begun, unless stated otherwise in this policy.

2. Cancellation Before Service Begins

If the client cancels more than 24 hours before the scheduled start of the service, a full refund will be issued.

 

If the client cancels within 24 hours before the scheduled start, up to 50% of the agreed fee may be charged (aligned with the AGBs).

3. Cancellation After Work Has Started

Once work on the project has commenced (including preparation, document review, or initial consulting), refunds are not possible. However, the value of unused service hours may be credited for future consulting sessions at my discretion.

4. No Refund for Completed Services

Due to the nature of consulting services — which involve time, expertise, and personalized work — completed sessions, analyses, or deliverables are non-refundable.

5. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule meetings free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.


Cancellations with shorter notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the session cost.

6. Dissatisfaction with Services

If a client is dissatisfied with the service:

  • I will review the concern and may offer a follow-up session, a correction, or an extension of scope, depending on the situation.

  • Monetary refunds are not guaranteed but can be considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Non-appearance (No-shows)

If the client does not attend a scheduled session and has not provided notice, the session is considered delivered and non-refundable.

8. Digital Deliverables

Reports, documents, analyses, concepts or other digital deliverables are non-refundable once provided to the client.

9. Force Majeure

If services cannot be delivered due to events outside my control (e.g., illness, technical issues, force majeure), the client will be offered a new appointment or an appropriate credit, but not necessarily a refund.
